ScienceOnline Oceans, a conference which will focus on how marine scientists and conservationists can use internet tools for education, outreach, and collaboration will take place at the University of Miami October 11-13th. While the examples will focus on marine issues, the tools and strategies discussed are broadly applicable.
The event will include an opening reception at the Miami science museum, and a day of discussion-based programming at the University of Miami's Whitten learning center.
