The interview is filmed in front of a student-only audience, and is part of the QBIC (Quantifying Biology In the Classroom; http://qbic.fiu.edu/confluence)Program's approach to addressing student misconceptions with respect to identity, career choice, and scientific research in general. The interview series can be used in science classrooms as a prime for student reflection pieces etc.
