Dear Colleagues,
Are there any instances in which man-induced salinization of a freshwater
body has been so marked that a brackish or quasi-marine ecosystem has
developed over time? I only know of one case in Egypt, but I am curious if
there are more. Any documented examples of this?
Any articles, websites, or other sources will be appreciated,

Edwin
