The incumbent will gather, research, and analyze environmental data for preparation, review, and processing of technical documents considering the impacts of transportation projects as mandated by Federal and State laws, regulations, policies and procedures. The incumbent will apply for and obtain permits for projects that occur in jurisdictions under the regulatory authority of federal, state and local resource agencies and develop mitigation for impacts to resources.
