I am looking for one motivated and enthusiastic assistant to help with collecting behavioural and movement data on juvenile red squirrels as part of a long-term collaboration project. Tasks will include trapping and tracking juveniles with radio-telemetry and conducting behavioural trials in the field. The position is extremely field intensive and takes place in the Yukon Territory.
Qualifications: Outdoor experience Ability to hike 5-10 km every day Willing to work in all weather conditions Canadian citizenship Assets: Previous telemetry experience Previous GPS experience Drivers license GPA >3.5 Position will run from May to August 2017.
