All, I do not believe I have seen this news posted to the list. But Reuters is reporting that EPA has been directed to remove its climate change website. Also, please see this online Washington Post article "11 Stories from President Trump's First 100 Hours that Deserve More Attention." Items include the directive to remove the climate change website, the order to the Agricultural Research Service and NIH to quit "public facing" communication, the EPA contracts and grants freeze, the abrupt cancellation of a CDC conference related to public health and climate change, and the suggestion that President Trump may try to roll back fuel economy standards. Perhaps AESS can throw its weight in with the people trying to organize a scientists march on Washington.
