Recommendations on research dissecting photomicroscopes Dear Colleagues:
I am trying to help a colleague get started imaging fairly small (5mm - 0.1 mm) specimens. This colleague is considering purchasing a decent research-quality, dissecting photomicroscope (ocular 10x or 15x; objectives at least 4x, 10X, 40X, and 1-2 with greater magnification), parfocal, with stacking capabilities, etc.. I already provided my suggestions but I am sure that the valuable experience of other colleagues will be appreciated.
