Hello Ecolog! I am a research technician working on my own project, the first one I have designed from the start by myself. I have wetland plants growing in tubs that are about 56.5 cm in diameter. In addition to species diversity, I also want to measure the relative abundance of each species, but counting each stem of each species in each tub that I have is entirely impractical.
