Dear Colleagues, The Faculty of Biosciences and Aquaculture (FBA), Nord University, Norway invites applications for a permanent position as professor/associate professor.
The faculty is seeking candidates with a strong ecological background in marine research focused on patterns and processes in coastal systems. We expect the candidate to collaborate and link between the different marine research areas within the ecology research at FBA, which currently consists of molecular ecology, benthos ecology and oceanography. Expertise in complementary research fields (e.g. ecosystem functioning and processes, ecosystem or food web modelling, biodiversity research) would be strongly beneficial. In addition, the appointee should participate in networking and collaboration with the other focus areas of our faculty.
