Jacksonville State University invites applications for 2 entry-level, 
tenure-track biology positions effective Fall 2019. PhD in any biological field 
is required. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a background in the biomedical 
sciences or related areas; however, any innovative candidate with a strong 
interest in teaching will be considered. Establishment of research program to 
support undergraduate and masters-level graduate students is required. The job 
entails a collegial commitment to professional, university, and community 
service as well as advising students. Requested start date is August 15, 2019.
