The two winners are *Adrian Duhalt* for his dissertation entitled "Industrial Cluster Governance in a Developing Country Context: Evidence from the Petrochemical Sectors in the Mexican State of Veracruz," which he completed at the University of Sussex. & *Johanna Hautala* for her dissertation entitled "Academic Knowledge Creation as a Spatio-Temporal Process: The Case of International Research Groups in Finland" which she completed at the University of Oulu.
