-------- The Department of Geography at the University of Kansas seeks two graduate students (one Master’s and one PhD) to work as research assistants on a NSF CAREER project titled Community Adaptation to Changing Environmental Disasters. The positions are provided with competitive salary, research/travel funds, tuition, and health insurance. Skills in qualitative or quantitative methodologies (statistics, using R) desired. Responsibilities include conducting archival research, interviews, surveys, and, if applicable, data analysis.
