This energy emergency in California seems to be well choreographed. Has
anyone been counting before the plans for new power plants has surfaced (not
only in California but across the country). I see plenty of white people on
the news saying we're in crisis. The first brown faces that I have seen (very
briefly) are people who are fighting against one of those new plants
scheduled to be built in their neighborhood. No where have I heard of
alternative plans of solar or wind being mentioned. Do they really think we
are that gullible?
