as part of downtown revitalization my town is having a farmers market on Saturdays in august for the first time in untold decades and a friend asked me to participate. The only surplus I have is garlic and tomatoes which friends and relatives are quite willing to take off my hands but will probably try selling one day later in the month to test the flavor of the event.
After a wet spring and very wet June it has been dry (and hot) and I got an irrigation system set up pumping out of a pond I had dug in the swamp below house last winter, Been excellent year for berries with fall straw and raspberries about to begin. vann southern NH
