Oh, interesting. I thought all ARM9 had an MMU. The ARM920T and
ARM922T do which is what i have a passing knowledge of.

ARM946E-S has an MPU - Memory Protection Unit
ARM966E-S has nothing!
ARM968E-S has DMA. DMA?
ARM996HS has MPU
