Three is at least some mmc support in u-boot. sd-card/mmc for at91rm9200 should be similar to at91sam7a3, as the hardware is probably similar. You can not include linux or uboot code to ecos without loosing the ecos-gpl-execption-clause (license problem). Yet you can learn from it. AFAIR it is easier (or cheaper) to get mmc spec than sdcard spec.
