This is incredible that eCos doesn't implement functions for Ethernet communication !!! I don't have a man week. I am doing here my thesis and I should be done for Thursday. My conclusion ? eCos was a bad choice. Hopefully I have the same application running on Linux, but with bad performance (my application is about, capture & timestamp ethernet frame).
