These patches have not been posted yet, I did some of them only when going through the list of remaining BKL users and found them to be simple to fix myself.
Most of these patches only apply on top of the pushdown into the get_sb operation, which is now in linux-next, so I'm planning to keep them in the same series instead of going through maintainer trees.
