i (think) i've got cvs working now and i don't think that this patch has been
commited.
i (tried) to get the patch through at xmas but i had some problems with email at
that time.
do you want me to repost the patch?
(the patch rewrites the ECSDefaults class so that when the properties file can't
be loaded, ECS will still function using hardcoded defaults.)
