i'm trying to create a ECS 1.4.2 release which wraps up the (few) bug
fixes made since 1.4.1. this is in response to a request from existing
users who can only use official releases but who require the
internationalization fix.
i need 3 +1's from ECS committers to go ahead and cut the release. so i
need your vote :)
