Nope, ecs2 is the latest new work. There have been a few bug fixes over
that period of time, but I'm not actively working on it anymore.

It was a rewrite of the ECS core, which never went any further then
that. I had always hoped someone would finish it, but it's been a
number of years since anyone touched it last.
