We need to export
jakarta-ecs
jakarta-ecs2
to SVN and then lock the CVS modules.
The resulting repo we need is:
/jakarta/
/ecs/
/branches/ (jakarta-ecs branches)
/ecs2 (jakarta-ecs2 HEAD)
/tags/ (jakarta-ecs tags)
/trunk/ (jakarta-ecs HEAD)
( Note in case indentation is not obvious. It would be:
/jakarta/ecs/branches/ecs2/ )

The tags/branches for jakarta-ecs2 are all non-important and may be disregarded.
