A 2 second overview -
Turbine is a framework for building servlet applications - separating out processing
from page production and easing general layout of web sites. See the turbine page for
more info ( http://java.apache.org/turbine ).
Webmacro is an alternative to JSP - you embed code into HTML pages - but its meant to
be easier/more designer friendly than JSP. See http://www.webmacro.org for more info.
Also, there is a Turbine/Scarab meeting on June 19 in San Francisco - if your in that
