RTCI also sells a product called EDI Assistant that does the same thing (and
more). It lists all X12 standards from 002001 thru to 004020 on a CD (or
installed on disk). The program allows you to click on a standard, see the list
of all transactions for that standard (with descriptions). Then you can click on
a specific transaction and see a treeview for it with just the segments and
loops shown.

You can then open and collapse this view at will to show elements / subsegments
etc., all searchable and with descriptions and code values available.

Like Anne said, the only drawback to this program is when you use someone else's
PC that does *not* have it installed.
