The old Advantis network, which at one time was jointly owned by Sears and IBM,
is now a part of the AT&T Global Network Services (AGNS) group. The AGNS web
site is at:

   http://www.att.com/globalnetwork/country_peru_1.html

Contact your local AT&T Global Network office for details.

The electronic mailboxing service, known as "IBM Information Exchange", is
still owned and operated by IBM. You access it through AGNS network facilities
now instead. Information Exchange is an IBM EDI Services offering (IBM Global
Services). Their web page is at:

   http://edi.services.ibm.com/edi/index.html

You should contact your local in-country IBM office for help in contacting IBM
Global Services.
