You can find examples of Trading Partner Agreements by examining
FORESIGHT's compilation of Web-sites containing viewable
Implementation
Guidelines or Specifications (ICs or MIGs). Please see the
"Resources"
link at FORESIGHT's Web-site at http://www.foresight-edi.com/.
From
there take the link to "Guidelines, Maps, and Documents" where
pointers
to Web available guidelines and standards are maintained by
industry
group.
Not all of the sites have TPAs, but a good number do. They may
not be
on the same page as the implementation conventions, so you'll
have to
search around. For example, the page lists AVEX Electronics
Inc. at
http://www.avex.com/techpak/; this page will have ICs listed,
but if
you select "Trading Partner Agreement" in the menu, you'll be
pointed to
a copy of Avex' TPA. Other sites, such as Lockheed Martin's,
will have
a direct link to their TPA. Use a little imagination in your
search at
each site, and you will be amply rewarded with a plethora of
sample
TPAs.
