All, We are trying to update VOE2 & VOE4 tables in our production system and get a message that we need to transport the data from a lower system. This works only if our partner numbers remain the same, which they don't. We used to be able to update these tables in 4.0B. SAP says that the transport solution is not a bug, but a design feature, as of 4.5A!!!!! We can only update the tables if production is unlocked, which our Basis folks look unkindly upon. Has anyone found a way around this absurdity on the part of the SAP developers?
