First of all I would like to thank everyone that took the time to reply to
my cry for help.

I can not began to tell you how much time this problem consumed, It appears
that I needed to upgrade my Asyncwin.exe file. The Harbinger Tech Support
person was the one that found a solution to my problem. I have updated the
Asyncwin.exe file and I have been transmitting to Orchard and others
successfully. I figure I will monitor the transmission test for a week. If
anything else changes I will let everyone else know.

But once again thank you to those that offered suggestions.
