Hiya, I'm not sure what version you're on (4.2.1 here, ev5 just arrived on my desk, gonna do a test install soonish). However, I have made quite a few support calls - some with the SAP interface, may not be relevant to you. But I'll agree, once something is running, it's quite stable - until you throw something new at it again. My suggestion would be if you're planning to do any 'new' EDI work over the year - perhaps different message types / different message standards (ANSI/EDIFACT/ODETTE whatever) that you've not used before or whatever (XML?) - then keep the support. To question 2 - nope, decided to get the XML addon when the need comes up. I wouldn't mind getting a copy of some of the feedback you get off the list (I'll be reading the stuff on list). If so, how have you found the ease of installation, use and support? Do you have any comments one way or the other on this offering?
