William Kammerer asked by way of a riposte to a question from Harry Steck:

> And in answer to Harry's question, "...has Foresight been asked for

> DoD ask us?

I am naturally not privy to priviledged communication between a software
vendor and their major client, and only William is able to tell us whether
in fact a conversation did take place between the DoD and his company on
the subject of the ISA02/04 issue.

What I can say, speaking only for myself, is that if I had invested as
much money as the US Federal Government has in buying product from the
Foresight Corporation, and then I got sued by one of my trading partners
for a standards violation that Foresight's product completely failed to
warn me about, then the telephone lines would have been humming.
