There's a utility that's garded by very few called
conv_map.exe. Note: I've used in on ev-5 (NT).
To use
it:
- Create a new event.
- "Include" the same standard segments that you have in the event you want to "Copy"
- Save the Event
- Export the event
- Enter the command CONV_MAP workbenchdir source_event destination_event
- Import the new map
- Customize to needs.

I'm working with TLE for Unix 4.1 and was just wondering if anyone has any
tips on how to quickly upgrade an EDI map for a certain trading partner from
say, 003020 ANSI to 004010 ANSI without having to type the entire map all
over again in Workbench. Is there a trick that I'm not aware of?
