Has anyone out there done a cost justification for implementing Procurement EDI?
If so, would you be will to share your justification documentation?
I need to perform a cost justification for implementing Procurement EDI and
(believe it or not) I will be the 1st person in my company to complete a cost
justification. Hence, I need at minimum a form to start from (what kinds of
things do you include/not include). This has come about because of resource
limitations and management is prioritizing excel report tweaks over EDI
rollouts. I need some hard facts to sway managements "squeaky wheel" (who
screams the loudest) approach to priority.
