I am looking for ANSI X12 837 Institutional 3041 version ( healthcare
claim) implementation guide in pdf format. Can someone point me to
somewhere ??
We here happen to have the HIPAA , 4010 and 3070 versions but not the old
one. ( Yeah, I know it is somewhere in our documentation servers ... but
can't find it).
