Okay, my thorough evaluations of VAN services have been narrowed down considerably. I've voted a lot of VANs off the "Survivor" island and the last two competitors are Commport Communications and Transettlements. I've heard some good things about Transettlements, but is anyone in here utilizing Commport Communications. It's a relatively unknown VAN service based out of Canada and their rates are super low. Of course, I strongly value the opinion of the people in this group, so any feedback on that VAN would be greatly appreciated. Please speak on any or all of the below subjects: Technical support: is it hard to reach someone? Are they open when you need them? Constant busy signal? Reliability: are they reliable? do you trust them to get your docs to your TP? System: are they constantly having computer problems? constant downtime? Ftp: are you doing ftp (over the internet or otherwise) to them? is that working out well? etc Reports: Do you receive daily/weekly EDI reports from them? Does it include all the information that you need? Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: jwells123 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, August 15, 2001 5:37 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: JB Hunt and EDI to XML, non-repudiation Thanks! For those who aren't PKI experts (like me) I found an article that details how this works: http://www.sans.org/infosecFAQ/covertchannels/non-repudiation.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bisher M.
