You are I am sure being contacted by numerous software companies looking to
sell their
wares to you after posting for information. My suggestion would be to put
together an Request
for Proposal (RFP) describing your clients business needs and concerns and
ask the vendors
to answer how they would address these issues.
All the mentioned vendors have web sites, SPS is now TIE Commerce. You
might also include
Netfish (Iona) and Biztalk (MS).
