Katie,
There is a utilities EDI trade association, the Utility Industry Group
(www.uig.org). They don't have a listserv
but they hold their meetings at the X12 meetings and the next one being in
Miami in a few weeks(www.x12.org).
The UIG does have published implementation guides, I would make sure the EDI
person has these. I have
been to previous UIG meetings and they do have good representation.
