Yes, thank you very much. Don't get me wrong. I think that X12 and DISA are doing important and useful work. It's just that these organizations sometimes become overly bureaucratic and inefficient. I've never seen the old premises, but $38,000 per month for occupancy seemed very high. In fact, the rent savings of $343,966 is more than the total revenue from sales which is $248,337.
