These prices aren't set by DISA, they are set by X12. So, you are complaining about X12's prices. X12's Steering Committee sets those prices, so I'm one of the people to whom you are complaining. Your complaining about X12, while being an X12 consumer but not an X12 member, strikes me as being very similar to someone who pays taxes and complains about the government, but yet won't bother to vote.
