Experience designing B2B solutions to support multiple back-end applications, business partners, protocols and formats, and document flows (RosettaNet, EDI). On-boarding Lead and On-boarding Specialist * Responsibilities: Responsible for gaining and maintaining knowledge of processes, enterprise systems and infrastructure and communicating this information to the DTX on-boarding team through live training and written communications. Facilitates on-boarding of Dell B2B Trading Partners by communicating standards, coordinating development and testing, working with application engineers and business partners to deploy B2B messages on the Dell Trading Exchange platform. * Experience: Experience implementing webMethods version 6.1 B2B applications. Experience managing B2B Trading Partner deployment projects. Ability to provide technical leadership to DTX on-boarding team. Ability to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving issues. Ability to map business requirements to technology capability. Ability to identify gaps and omissions in the end-to-end solution. Ability to interact and interface with multiple levels of the Dell organization. Experience designing B2B solutions to support multiple back-end applications, business partners, protocols and formats, and document flows (RosettaNet, EDI). webMethods Support Analysts * This person will be the Secure Transport specialist as a part of the Dell Trading eXchange (DTX) webMethods support team. This position requires thorough knowledge of software and application integration principles to support both application to application (A2A) and business to business (B2B) solutions for the Dell Enterprise. This candidate must possess a thorough understanding of integration technologies and have experience in developing EDI solutions. This candidate must be adept at understanding business process and be able to turn business requirements into technical solutions that meet the requirements of our business and I/T customers. The ideal candidate is a disciplined self-starter that possesses strong technical, trouble-shooting, interpersonal, communications and leadership skills. Knowledge in A2A and B2B technologies, networking, systems, application security principals and security protocols (AS1, AS2, etc.) are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. Experience with webMethods Integration Server is required, experience with Trading Networks, Templar, Valicert, and Globalscape is a plus. L1 and L2 Support for Dell B2B environments.
