Would something called TNT Logistics *Europe* even need to possess a
SCAC code issued by the *National* Motor Freight Traffic Association?
We're not being parochial, are we?  Yoo hoo, where are you  Doug
Anderson?  Explain SCAC codes to us.  What the heck are they used for? 
And by whom?  What do people outside the U.S. and Canada use for codes?
