If you make the 997 sender ID your partner's send ID and the 997 receiver ID your Receiver ID, you'll get the 997 and they won't. Maybe they mean that they Sender ID on the 850 should be exactly the same on the receiver ID on the 997? That's the only thing I can think of. Otherwise they won't get the doc.
