Rae Ann, Sounds like maybe if you actually worked for them perhaps you would have experience you could list out in your resume. However, If you used to work the mail room maybe you are not qualified. My experience has been that when people are wanting you to prove out your experience on the reume, they are looking for Name Dropping, Number Dropping, and a littany of Alphabet Soup related to the jobs you have done. Perhaps you should list the EDI T Sets, TP's and technical environment for each position you have worked. John
