Hello All, We are looking to implement a new chargeback solution and have been looking at the Imany's CARS solution. We are in the pharmaceutical company who will be trying to interface it with Oracle Application. We use Gentran 4.0 but there is a possibility we will move towards GIS 4.0.
I'd like to get the groups' take on this and any other chargeback solutions. Would you use another vendor? If you've implemented a chargeback solution, what would you of done it differently if you could do it again? Did you end up having to add head count? How many consultants were needed to implement and train? If you used ICS previously, how smooth was the move?
