Dear fatima ifteqar: Based on recently released movie "Stealth": 1. EDI (pronounced as Eddie) is a fully automated self learning military flying machine. It is equipped with a 1st generation quantum computer and self-learning intelligence chip. It's built to destroy. Details are can be found on recently released DVD and DISA Website. 2. There has been so one type of EDI. Flagged with qualifier "T" for "Test". Unfortunately it gets destroyed on the end of the movie, so it never gets a chance to go in Production (qualifer "P"). If the studio plans a sequel, then perhaps the new type would be released, perhaps 5010? There is also a chance that a different type of EDI would be released in Europe. 3. In time EDI will allow to fully automate and integrate US military, removing the data-entry element out of the picture. With EDI, the productivity of US Military is expected to increase %200-%300 based on the amount of Military Targets it would need to destroy.
