Does anyone know of any posted rules on the net for countries that have guidelines in regards to business receiving electronic invoices? Example - for our TPs in Germany we must provide a monthly invoice report for them listing the invoice #, invoice date, currency, amount and interchange control #. This is a VAT regulation. In Taiwan the feedback from one TP is that the Gov't Tax authority requires that if the company is going to receive electronic invoices, they must also receive a paper copy for auditing. Any info is appreciated.
