Hi back. VDA is a German Automotive standard. VDA 4905 is a delivery schedule (862/DELJIT).
The website in English is http://www.vda.de/index_en.html. I only ever found guidelines in German on that site. Volkswagen has their guideline in English at http://www.vwgroupsupply.com/vwgroupsupply.edi-download.frame_content_menu_right.frame.html.
