We have a tool which runs on Windows, the EDI Pal (tm) ANSI EDI Viewer-Editor-Printer, which produces a nice printout of any ANSI ASC X12 data. For all the HIPAA-mandated ANSI X12 transacations we have Implementation Kits, which show all the implementation-defined loops, but we don't have kits for a generic '810' or '850'.. so all you get is a tree showing all the segments. If you need to edit your transaction sets (e.g, to create test data by adding/changing/deleting segments/elements), this might be a real good tool for you, but for just viewing the segments it might be a bit of overkill (and too expensive as a mere printing tool). Without any implemenation kits, the single user license price is $129.00 (maintenance $29.00/year). I can supply a demonstration version of this product to you or anyone else on request; just drop me a note. Michael Mattias Tal Systems, Inc.
