I also will throw in my 2 cents and say that I have been VERY pleased
with both the levels of service and the value that they bring to the
table for the dollar. I've dealt with GEIS, Advantis, and Sterling in
the past, and am very happy that we made the switch to Inovis.

I totally agree with his evaluation Van.
Because they are so reliable, and consistent, and I have not received
any rude surprises in seven years.
When I get the bill, I review it and I ask them to pay it immediately.

We have been using the Inovis VAN for about 8 years now. They were
previously know as Peregrin and prior to that Harbinger. We used to use
Async dial up but migrated to AS2 communications about 2 years ago.

I would rate them as follows each item with a maximum score of 10.:

1) Uptime 9.5 (We have only had a handful of outages in the past 8
years)
2) Telephone support 7.5 (They always solve the problem but can be slow
to respond)
3) Speed of communications 10
4) Monitoring tools 10
5) Flexibility 9

As a summary I would recommend their VAN as a very good product with
reasonable customer service.
