Seems pretty obvious from replies here and to me "off-list" that our emails were harvested from this list, though the responsible party may have obtained it from conference attendee lists, etc. As replying to their unsubscribe address, at best, gets you off their list till the next harvest, it is typically used as a verification that the address is good and that you won't go to the trouble to take it any further. Well, the responsible party for this company is someone in "our business" and should be made aware that if their products/services were worthy of our consideration, there are better ways than sending out unsolicited emails. Any hope mister Konikowski had in my looking to his products/services as solutions should be abandoned. I also am not surprised to see EBXML referenced in web searches related to this email.
