Hi, How are everyone? Background - the production system will send out emails to tell people that it chocked on a bad piece of data. And paging the managers too, so they can get up in cold mid-night to pat it on the back and comfort it.
In order to make the email easy to read (such as the error portion of the data), I decide to make the font bold for those parts of email. From online library, I can see that the way to do it is using RTF format. Can I get some formating tools from Mercator itself or I have to hard coding the algorithm for generating RTF format message? Any one has expereince in this task? I didn't install sdk, so please correct me if I was wrong (a tool existing in Mercator 6.7 sdk will be best help so I avoid a huge trouble to format the email myself). Cheers .
